I have personally seen how high intensity
interval training has dramatically changed the lives of those who commit to the process. This challenge was created to introduce this style of training to those who would absolutely benefit from the training, but may be too intimidated to come in and try it on their own. We are trying to find the right individuals who will work hard, finish the program, and ultimately be an amazing representation of what is possible through our training. For our clients age 50-90 years young!

We focus on movement and maintaining strength, balance and flexibility.

Who is this program for?

This program is adaptable for ALL fitness levels, whether you have no worked out in years, casually exercise, or regularly engage in physical activity. This program is designed to help you:

  • Take control of those stubborn issues that arrived after the big F-I-V-E  Z-E-R-O.
  • Gain strength and agility
  • Increase energy and vitality
  • Improve balance and flexibility
  • Regain confidence
  • Be a part of a like minded & supportive community

We help motivated people to move better, lose weight, get strong and feel amazing. We do this through exercise and nutrition coaching in a freindly, supportive community at CrossFit Port Orange.

All participants will receive a complete 6-week nutrition guide and before and after measurements.

Class Times  (1-hour) –  Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 6:30 am or 3:00 pm
