My journey with Crossfit started because my wife Sabrina was told by her doctor to start lifting weights and exercising. Because both of us at age 57 started gaining weight and losing muscle. My first impression of the gym was these exercises would be very difficult but with the encouragement of the trainers and gym members it went smooth.

My biggest accomplishment so far is losing 25 pounds and not losing any muscle mass and actually gaining muscle mass. My next goal is to continue losing weight maybe another 10 or 15 pounds.

My least favorite exercise is running my favorite exercise would be lifting weights these goals were accomplished in three and a half months. I think this is a great gym and encourage anybody to participate because you are guaranteed to see results
