**Training Intent**
– Metcon: You can come up with your own plan today, but splitting work evenly will most likely be the most efficient strategy as all movements/running are low volume. Pace yourself so you’re slightly uncomfortable but able to sustain yourself for the entire 36 minutes as this is our goal with our longer oxidative pieces.
