– Metcon: This workout is intended to feel like Open workout 14.1 in the sense the built in rest will allow for other intensity of efforts each set by both athletes. As such, barbell weights must be light. All reps should be able to be “muscle-snatched”. If not the weight is too heavy. Athletes should set a goal to complete your rowing intervals at a pace that is slightly uncomfortable each round.
