**Training Intent**
– GPP: Conditioning today is more GPP Based. Sledpushes should be 100% but heavy enough that you cannot complete them at a full sprint. This training session is taking into account that we performed a max deadlift yesterday so CNS recovery is key. Rest option is up to you, but you should need at least a full 2:00 of rest between sets to sustain a moderate level of intensity. There is NO score today, but there is a good chance some of you  will hit a PR on double unders, so don’t forget to celebrate that!
– Finisher: Direct Arm/Tricep/Oblique work for finisher.
